Meet Emily

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who find themselves feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. They may spend a lot of time thinking about their experiences, relationships, and responsibilities while still feeling unsure how to move forward.

I help clients better understand their emotions, navigate stress and anxiety, strengthen relationships and boundaries, and build confidence in themselves and their decisions. Together, we explore what may be contributing to current challenges while developing practical ways to respond more effectively and compassionately.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational. While I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and interpersonal approaches, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, challenged when helpful, and supported as they work toward the life they want to build.
